Information about Data Security

The information you give on the Amity Membership Form will be transferred to a computer and also to a memory stick. The form and the computer will be kept in a safe place. Access to the computer and the data on it are password protected. The information you give will only be used to send you a quarterly news letter about Amity events, supplemented sometimes by an extra mailing, phone call or email. Amity also sends birthday cards. Your personal data will not be passed on to anyone else. Information which is not current will be deleted. If you want your information to be deleted, please tell the membership secretary and it will be deleted within 28 days.
